Our history with Valley Vending Services stretches back to the 1990’s. We started using their services for our vending needs with approximately 150 employees and have grown to approximately 500 employees working on 3 shifts and weekends. We had been suffering for months from a lack of adequate service from our vending machine operators when Doug Lyon approached me to offer the services of Valley Vending. While our previous dealings with Doug through his prior vending machine work, as well as his years of supplying our office machine needs gave him a definite edge, he had always treated us honestly and fairly wherever he was working and we felt comfortable allowing him to make a proposal. When we accepted his numbers, he immediately put the work order into progress and since that time has kept every promise he has made to us. The crew at Valley is always courteous and responds quickly when that rare issue arises of a down machine or empty slot in a snack dispenser. The employee complaints from within the Press Republican are almost non-existent and when the occasional request comes along for a change, Doug and his staff do so without hesitation. I strongly recommend this organization to anyone looking for vending machine services and would be more than happy to discuss our satisfaction at any time.
